Admission Procedure

At JKG International School, Hapur, we are committed to providing a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free admission process. We welcome students who are eager to learn, grow, and excel in a nurturing and academically enriching environment.

Admission Process

Admissions are open from Bal Vatika (Pre-Primary) to Class VIII, subject to the availability of seats.

• Bal Vatika (Pre-Primary): Admission is based on age criteria, student interaction, and document verification.
• Classes I to VIII: Admission is based on a written assessment and/or personal interaction to evaluate the student's academic readiness and suitability for the respective class.

Registration Process

Parents may obtain the Admission Form and School Prospectus from the School Admission Office during working hours or register through the school's official website.

After submitting the completed application form along with the required documents, the school will schedule the assessment/interaction (where applicable). Selected candidates will be informed regarding the completion of admission formalities.

Documents Required

Please submit self-attested photocopies of the following documents along with the completed admission form:

• Birth Certificate (Mandatory for Bal Vatika)
• Aadhaar Card of the Student
• Student's Passport-size Photographs
• Parents' Passport-size Photographs
• Residential Address Proof
• Parent's Aadhaar Card/PAN Card/Voter ID
• Previous School Report Card (for Classes I to VIII)
• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school (where applicable)
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable
• Medical/Immunization Record (for Bal Vatika, if available)
